Job Description:

a. Front of House

• Taking customers' food and beverage orders
• Preparing and serving food and beverages for consumption on the premises
• Operating cash registers, accepting payments and preparing sales invoices
• Clearing away used dishes and cutlery from tables when customers are finished
• Cleaning and preparing tables for use of next customer
• Barista duties
• Cleaning cafe equipment such as coffee grinders, espresso machines
• Providing backup to other cafe employees
• Manage Bookings & Reservations

*Additional duties may be assigned at an ad-hoc manner depending on store requirements.

Requirements:

1. Possess bachelor's degree in hospitality management or any other related/equivalent field
2. At least 1 - 2 years experience in customer service orientation and hospitality.
