5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm. OT will be paid if required to work on Saturday (Once a month) from 8.30am to 12.30pm

Location: 39 Fishery Port Road, Level 3, Singapore 619745

Responsibilities:

• Preparing sales and purchase confirmation
• Processing customer's order, issuing purchase order to supplier
• Generate customer sales invoice & preparing payments to supplier invoices
• Liaise with store for delivery arrangement
• Sending statement of account to customers monthly
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department

Job Requirements:

• Min. 'O' Levels or related qualifications with at least 1-2 years' working experience
