Position: Project Manager
Location: Eunos
Job Type: Full-time
⏳ Start Date: Immediate preferred
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure projects are delivered successfully within the stipulated timeframe, budget, and scope.
• Manage team performance, delegate tasks, and provide clear guidance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to upper management.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.

Qualifications

• Min O-Level and 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong background in interior design processes or related industries.
• Ability to independently conduct on-site measurements and interpret construction drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with industry tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) will be an advantage.
