Adecco is partnering with a Global MNC in Manufacturing and Distributing precision components across Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Automation and Industrial Machinery.
The Job:
- Strengthen relationships within existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities in targeted industries.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with customers and engineers to define requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead nurturing, securing orders, price negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build strong technical knowledge of the company's product portfolio to effectively position solutions and create value for clients.
- Achieve success through new customer acquisition, upselling and cross-selling, and measurable contribution to overall sales growth.
The Talent:
- Degree/Diploma in engineering or relevant field
- 1 - 2 years sales experience in manufacturing/semicon/component/machinery/automation /manufacturing sectors
- Entry Level with Sales Exposure in Engineering is welcome to apply as training is provided
