Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Tennis Coach to lead and develop high-quality tennis programs in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching competitive players, mentoring junior coaches, and fostering a positive and high-performance tennis culture. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to athlete development across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-quality training programs for players of all ages and skill levels, with a focus on competitive development.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions, ensuring technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game are addressed.
• Willingness to travel across central Singapore to conduct client lessons.
• Mentor and supervise junior coaches, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.
• Monitor player progress and provide regular performance evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with sports science and fitness professionals to support holistic athlete development.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and professionalism on and off the court.
• Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and industry trends.

Program & Event Support:

• Organize and oversee tennis camps, clinics, tournaments, and outreach programs.
• Represent the academy at local and international tennis events when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of coaching experience, with at least 3 years at a senior or head coach level.
• Certified by a recognized tennis federation (e.g., ITF, PTR, USPTA, or equivalent).
• Proven success in developing competitive junior and adult players.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and during academy events.
