Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foodservice Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining international foodservice clients across the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular emphasis on beverage manufacturers, functional food brands, and ingredient distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain foodservice industrial clients across the Asia-Pacific region, including beverage manufacturers, functional food brands, and ingredient distributors.
2. Promote natural functional ingredients such as tea powders, coffee extracts, and botanical concentrates, driving clients from sampling to confirmed orders.
3. Conduct sales activities independently, including client visits, virtual meetings, and trade fair negotiations.
4. Manage the complete sales cycle, includes but not limited to: inquiries, quotations, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, payment collection, and client feedback.
5. Collaborate closely with product managers and operations teams in China to ensure timely communication and project execution.
6. Maintain accurate client records in CRM, and prepare monthly sales plans and reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Nutrition, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Asia-Pacific food, beverage, or nutrition ingredient industry.
• Proven experience in international foodservice client sales is essential.
• Strong ability to independently develop clients and manage the full sales process.
• Solid knowledge of ingredient labeling, food regulations, and industrial application contexts.
• Fluent English is required; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM systems with excellent self-management skills for remote work.
