Our client is a Market leader in the Shipping Industry in Singapore and they are now seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team in Singapore.

The Role

• Advising on legal issues related to shipping operations, charterparties, and contracts
• Supporting treasury and financing arrangements across multiple group entities
• Liaising with external counsel and internal stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operations teams
• Helping the business navigate cross-border regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters

To Qualify

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
