工作职责 (Key Responsibilities)

1. 负责公司整体财务管理,包括会计,预算,资金与税务管理。

Responsible for overall financial management of the company, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and taxation.

2. 制定并执行财务政策和内部控制流程,确保符合新加坡会计准则与相关法律法规。

Develop and implement financial policies and internal control procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and relevant regulations.

3. 编制月度,季度及年度财务报告,向管理层和总部汇报经营及财务状况。

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing updates on business and financial performance to management and headquarters

4. 监督应收账款,应付账款及现金流管理,确保资金运转高效。

Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management to ensure efficient liquidity.

5. 负责税务筹划及申报,确保公司在新加坡的税务合规。

Manage tax planning and filings to ensure the company's compliance with Singapore tax regulations.

6. 协助审计工作,准备和提供年度审计所需资料。

Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.

7. 分析财务数据,为业务决策提供支持和建议。

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.

8. 领导和培养财务团队,提升整体专业水平。

Lead and develop the finance team to enhance overall competency and performance.
