Enterprise Architect - Application Transformation and Rationalization

Job Description

• Establish a strong link between IT Strategy and Execution through Enterprise Architecture Management
• Drive the strategy for the application/technology landscape by analyzing IT Strategy/Portfolio to formulate the architecture roadmap
• Monitor the execution of application portfolio transformation across multiple business domains
• Research market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to recommend technologies, standards, methods, and tools for both long-term strategic and short-term tactical objectives
• Advise and recommend enterprise architecture strategies, blueprints, principles, patterns, processes, and methodologies
• Drive the Enterprise Architecture Design Authority governance with project architects/managers to ensure compliance with architectural standards
• Deliver enterprise-wide technology architecture plans achieving application simplification and standardization

Preferred Skills and Profile

• Strong knowledge and experience in the CPG industry, including solution design and delivery of applications and technologies for Omni-Channel Ecommerce, CRM, Retail, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Knowledge of Salesforce technologies (SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, Lightning, CG Cloud, etc.) is a plus
• Proven ability to guide IT and business stakeholders on target enterprise capability blueprints
• Expertise in Cloud Solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), Enterprise Integration Patterns (API, Event, ESB), Business Intelligence (GCP), and Master Data Management technologies
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build an enterprise architecture function from scratch
• Passion for technology with expert-level technical and architectural skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management abilities
• Ability to influence indirectly across multi-functional teams and act as a driver of change
• Skilled at balancing short-term and long-term goals, with proven project management and process expertise (resource, timeline, and budget estimation)
• Fluency in English

Required Work Experience

• 8 to 12 years of strong technology experience, with at least the last 3 years in Enterprise Architecture

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technology experience
• Certifications in recognized industry standards such as OpenGroup TOGAF, Salesforce, Microsoft Azure/PowerPlatform, GCP
