Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of Western cuisine.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook pasta, pizza, steak, salad and or other Western dishes.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff.
  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory control and kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years related experience in Western cuisine.
  • Skilled in pasta, pizza, steak, salad preparation.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, to assisst with related stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
