Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end KYC reviews for PB/HNWI client profiles in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform comprehensive SOW benchmarking and narrative write-ups, applying sound judgment to validate client wealth legitimacy.
• Prepare clear and structured risk assessments, identifying AML/CFT red flags and escalating where necessary.
• Manage cases efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of MAS & HKMA AML/CFT guidelines to maintain regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and enhance KYC data integrity.
• Provide status tracking, MI reporting, and project monitoring.
• Contribute to team discussions, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices across the KYC function.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in KYC/AML roles, ideally within private banking or wealth management.
• Strong background in SOW analysis, write-ups, and holistic KYC reviews.
• Proven involvement in AML/KYC remediation or transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and case handling skills with the ability to work independently.
