Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for credit and debit cards from launch to fulfilment
• Plan and execute a robust communication plan for the card customer base such as engagement calendar of events and activities
• Work with marketing agencies to develop campaign collaterals such as EDMs, Push Notifications and social media assets
• Attend to customer queries across the portfolios in a professional manner
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders to secure clearance and data to achieve marketing goals.
• Manage stationary inventory and track accrual of expenses and invoices for various portfolios including fee waivers, tactical promotions, reward allocation etc.
• Involvement in projects to enhance and improve customer experience and touch points
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Period:

• 1 year contract renewable, subject to performance

Working Hours:

• 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

• Up to $3,300

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder finance, marketing or related-fields preferred
• Understanding of Singapore cards market
• Strong communication skills, able to map out process in a structured manner, and ability to multitask
• Proficient in excel and PowerPoint (comfortable with using vlookup and pivot tables)
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage internal stakeholders
• High level of energy, strong coordination and campaign management skills
• Detail oriented, result driven and good team player
• Self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative
• Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task
• Tenacious, resourceful and eager to learn
