Shipping Executive (Food indus/ 4.5K/ Senoko Drive)

Safety

• Responsible for Personal Safety and Food Safety of the Team and the Samples.
• Understanding the hazards related to the Finished Goods and Raw Materials, handling of those materials, familiar with the SDS, essential PPEs and storage conditions as per regulations
• Proper disposal of samples after reaching the shelf life as per regulations.

Inventory management

• Create and maintain a process for inventory management in effort to reduce cost and waste.
• Analyze Customer Sample requests and make sure enough Inventory is available for orders.
• Develop and maintain a process to ensure the samples are well with in shelf life to serve the orders and to do regular disposals of older samples.
• Familiar with and perform regular cycle counts to ensure the physical quantity matches the system.

Manufacturing / Re Packing

• Produce / Re pack samples per customer requirements

Logistics

• Work closely with the Sales and Logistics team on the practices and processes to achieve the optimum results.

Support

• Partner with Sales and Logistics to maintain working knowledge and understanding of business relationship and practices with both domestic and international channel partners
• Maintain a working knowledge of our shipping/logistics processes to achieve the shortest transit times with minimum cost

Documentation and Filing

• Maintain up to date documents and proper records for regulatory or compliance purposes.

Job Requirements

• A Level/ Diploma with working experience in logistics/supply chain/operations or Equivalent Professional experience

• 3-5 years Supervisory experience in Food ingredient/ Chemical operations

• Inventory Management Experience

• Familiar with Shipping requirements.

• Familiar with SDS and compliance.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Demonstrated computer skills (e.g. ERP systems, Outlook, Access, Excel and Word.)
