- 5 days
- Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm/10am - 6pm) and half Sunday 9am-1pm (5.5days)
OR
- 4.5days (8.30am - 6pm/10am - 6pm) and Saturday 9am-4pm (5.5days)
- Location : Central / West
- Salary: $2200 - $2900
- AL : 14days
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome parents, children, and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Monitor and manage the entry and exit of individuals to ensure security and safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with the enrollment process, including distributing and collecting registration forms and necessary documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date student records, including emergency contact information, medical records, and attendance.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all student and staff information.
2. Communication and Liaison:
- Communicate important announcements, schedule changes, and event information to parents and staff.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, and distribute them to the appropriate parties.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, parent-teacher meetings, and special activities.
- Manage the preschool's calendar, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records of staff and classroom schedules.
- Coordinate with teachers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations and coverage.

Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 2-3yrs customer service / Admin working experience
