E-Commerce Seafood Packer & Admin Assistant

Location: Alexandra
Working Hours: 10:00am - 4:00pm, Tuesday to Friday
Salary: $12/hr

Note: A physical interview is required and will be scheduled between 15 - 22 September.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Pack and prepare fresh seafood orders for customers
  • Process sales and purchase invoices
  • Coordinate and follow up on supplier orders
  • Handle Director's reimbursement claims
  • Prepare and update sales reports
  • Provide general administrative and office support

What We're Looking For:
  • Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
