Job Description:

• Attend to walk-in patients at the counter for registration and payment
• Perform frontline services and general administrative duties
• Deliver quality customer service to patients and visitors
• Support doctors and nurses by handling data requests
• Assist in consultation room operations
• Manage patient feedback and address grievances

Job requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
• Passionate about the healthcare sector
• Strong customer service skills
• No prior experience required - training will be provided
• Applicants with relevant years of experience may be considered for a senior role
