- Masalas (Channa, Green Peas, Black Eyed Beans)
- Kurmas (Mixed Veg, Aloo Gobi, Navarathna)
Vegetarian Cuisine:
- Sambar Varieties: Onion, Kadamba, Ground Sambar
- Kuzhambu Types: Kara Kuzhambu, Puli Kuzhambu, Vathal Kuzhambu, Dahi Curry
