Roles & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have proven experience and expertise in preparing a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes across South Indian, North Indian, Tandoori, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Breakfast Preparation:
  • Idly, Dosa (all varieties), Poori with Aloo
  • Pongal, Upma, Chapathi, Aloo Paratha
  • Kichadi (all types), Eggs (all varieties)
  • Sambar, Chutneys (Tomato, Coconut, Onion, Green Chutney)
  • Masalas (Channa, Green Peas, Black Eyed Beans)
  • Kurmas (Mixed Veg, Aloo Gobi, Navarathna)

Vegetarian Cuisine:
  • Sambar Varieties: Onion, Kadamba, Ground Sambar
  • Kuzhambu Types: Kara Kuzhambu, Puli Kuzhambu, Vathal Kuzhambu, Dahi Curry
  • Rasam Varieties: Pepper, Jeera, Lemon, Garlic, Tomato
  • Poriyals: Cabbage, Beetroot, Carrot, Beans, Ladies Finger, Potato
  • Vegetable Gravies: Pumpkin, Snake Gourd, Spinach, Kadai Veg, Chettinad Masala, Avial
