F&B Operations Executive (Lobby Bar)

To assist F&B Operations Manager in the overall management of the Lobby Bar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• \tEstablish guest service standard that meet the needs of the target market and are in line with the operating concept of the F&B outlet.
• \tAssist to ensure that the team creates a professional impression to internal and external customers.
• \tAssist to plans on-the-job training programs for the team member and new joiner on timely manner.
• \tEnsure that the bar is prepared and ready for service.
• \tObtain feedback from guests and use this to improve service and to share the information to the manager and team members.
• \tCommunicate and assist manager in disciplinary matters.
• \tLiaise and coordinate for maintenance problems and cleaning schedules.
• \tTrain the service & bar staff and instruct on best methods to provide superior service.
• \tEnsure the tidiness & cleanliness of the lobby bar area and grooming standard of staff are meet standard.
• \tEnsure the general upkeep of the stations and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during assigned shift. Inspects the physical condition of furniture and decorations.
• \tAssist with and suggest new promotional opportunities to enable departmental sales to meet and exceed budget. This to include the planning, implementation and review of promotions.
• \tIn collaboration with the management team, conduct month-end inventory of beverage supplies, operating supplies, food supplies and operating equipment.
• \tAssist with the control and monitor payroll costs by ensuring duties schedule are compiled in line with forecasted and actual business levels.
• \tMaximize opportunities for departmental sales and profit and other related targets
• \tFollow procedures for food and beverage controls at all times.
• \tAssist with maintaining and improving departmental operating standards.
• \tEffectively manage the lobby bar in the absence of Restaurant & Bar Manager.
• \tPerform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant & Bar Manager / Director of F&B.
