Our client is a Local family office and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the cash positions of the fund and the fund management company to ensure sufficient liquidity for both short-term and long-term obligations.
• Support the CEO in monitoring the investment portfolio and provide recommendations to optimise returns.
• Assist the CEO in executing foreign exchange (FX) transactions with banks.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, along with financial reports, for the CEO and other stakeholders.
• Support the CEO in establishing and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments or projects as directed by the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions, with knowledge of treasury and FX products, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Analytical, resourceful, independent, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, able to multi-task, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Prior experience in fund or fund management accounting would be an advantage, though not required.

• Working days: 5 days
• Salary: Up to S$8,000 and Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
