Retail Outlet Supervisor - Fernvale Location

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced retail professional to manage our busy Fernvale outlet. This is a hands-on management role perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and wants to lead a growing team.

Primary Location:

• Fernvale Outlet: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat (8:30am - 9:30pm)
• Operating Hours: 8:30am - 9:30pm, Mon-Wed & Fri-Sun (Closed Thursdays)
• Occasional support at Capital Tower location

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4 days per week with Saturday OR Sunday off
• Salary: S$2,400 - S$3,200/month (including manager allowance)
• Benefits: Full CPF, medical benefits, performance bonuses

Management Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations at Fernvale outlet
• Manage inventory and stock control
• Train and supervise support staff
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Handle cash management and daily reporting
• Coordinate with Capital Tower team when needed

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in staff training and development
• Customer service excellence mindset
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Comfortable with long operating hours
• Singaporean/PR or valid work permit

Comprehensive Package:

• Base Salary: S$2,400 - S$3,200/month
• Manager Allowance: Included in salary
