Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and courteously, assist with seating and reservations.

• Answer phone inquiries and manage bookings efficiently.

• Be knowledgeable about the restaurant and provide accurate information to guests.

• Maintain dining areas and service equipment in excellent, clean condition.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of F&B service or host experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or branded hotels

• Proficient in greeting, seating, and taking orders; able to seat guests efficiently and introduce menus

• Knowledge of basic service etiquette (e.g., bowing, smiling)

• Excellent communication skills, with clear expression and good comprehension

• Bilingual proficiency preferred to communicate effectively with international guests and colleagues

• Presentable and professional appearance
