The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth of Chinese Proprietary Medicine (CPM) and supplement products through general trade, traditional trade, and modern trade channels. The role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and medical halls to expand market presence and achieve sales targets. While the primary focus is B2B sales, the role also provides merchandising support to ensure brand visibility and product availability at key retail locations.

B2B 销售专员负责推动中成药及保健品在一般贸易,传统贸易和现代贸易渠道的销售增长。通过与经销商,零售商及药材店建立牢固关系,扩大市场覆盖并实现销售目标。此岗位以 B2B 销售为核心,同时提供视觉陈列支持,确保品牌在主要零售点的曝光度和产品供应。

Job Responsibilities 职位职责

1. B2B Sales Development 业务拓展与销售

• Drive B2B sales of CPM and supplement products across targeted trade channels. 推动中成药及保健品在目标贸易渠道的 B2B 销售。

• Identify new business opportunities, build sales pipelines, and secure partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and medical halls. 识别新的商机,建立销售渠道,并与主要零售商,经销商及药材店建立合作关系。

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through strong relationship management and follow-ups. 通过良好的关系管理和持续跟进,维护并拓展现有客户资源。

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 完成或超越每月及季度销售目标。

2. Account & Territory Management 客户与区域管理

• Develop and implement territory sales plans to maximize market coverage and growth. 制定并执行区域销售计划,提升市场覆盖率和增长。

• Regularly visit accounts to understand needs, resolve issues, and align with brand objectives.定期拜访客户,了解需求,解决问题,并确保符合品牌目标。

3. Product Promotion & Customer Engagement 产品推广与客户服务

• Promote CPM and supplement products through product knowledge, recommendations, and sales solutions. 通过产品知识分享,个性化建议和销售方案,向渠道客户推广中成药及保健品。

• Con duct product training sessions for key partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability. 为重要客户开展产品培训,提升产品认知和销售能力。

• Address inquiries, provide after-sales support, and build strong customer relationships. 解答客户咨询,提供售后支持,建立稳固的客户关系。

4. Merchandising Support 视觉陈列支持 (Secondary Duty)

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at key retail locations to support brand visibility. 确保主要零售点的视觉陈列标准得以维持,以支持品牌曝光。

• Work with sales promoters and store teams to resolve display or merchandising issues. 与销售推广员及门店团队合作,解决陈列或展示问题。

5. Reporting & Insights 报告与市场洞察

• Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. 准备并提交销售业绩,市场趋势,客户反馈及竞争对手动态报告。

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and execution. 提出优化销售策略和执行的建议。

6. Ad Hoc Support 临时支援

• Support trade marketing activities, product launches, and retail activation events as needed. 根据需要协助贸易营销活动,新品上市及零售推广活动。

Job Requirements 职位要求

• GCE 'N' or 'O' Level Certificate, or equivalent. GCE 'N' 或 'O' 水准证书或同等学历。

• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in CPM, health supplements, FMCG, or related industries, with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in general trade, traditional trade, or modern trade channels. 至少 3-5 年销售经验,具备中成药,保健品,快速消费品或相关行业背景,并熟悉一般贸易,传统贸易或现代贸易渠道的实际操作经验。

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 具备出色的谈判,沟通及人际交往能力。

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. 自我驱动,结果导向,能够独立工作。

• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy. 注重细节,数字敏感度高。

• Willing and able to travel frequently across Singapore. 愿意并能够频繁走访新加坡各地不同地点。

• Must own a personal vehicle. 必须拥有私人交通工具。
