Job Scope: Project Manager (Wedding Jewellery Industry)

Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee and drive projects related to product development, retail operations, marketing campaigns, and client experience within the wedding jewellery segment. This role ensures the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion, aligning with brand objectives, customer expectations, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for product launches, boutique events, exhibitions, and collaborations.
• Coordinate with design, production, sales, and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or quality issues.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain clear communication channels and provide regular project updates to management.

3. Marketing & Event Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign timelines, content creation, and social media rollouts.
• Ensure brand visibility and strong customer engagement during all events.

4. Operational Excellence

• Monitor project budgets, invoices, and resource allocation.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or jewellery industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of jewellery production processes, materials, and quality standards is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
