about the job

• Design and structure credit-based solutions for the institution's clients, which includes engaging in client discussions, generating ideas, negotiating documentation, and delivering presentations.
• Originate and structure a variety of deals, including credit derivatives and hedging products
• Oversee the end-to-end internal approvals process for new products and transactions.
• Lead medium-scale projects, including new product proposals, by identifying necessary resources, tracking performance and follow through on successful product approval.
• Establish and refine policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all activities adhere to applicable regulatory and compliance mandates.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field
• Around 5 years of relevant experience in structuring credit derivatives
