The HR Assistant Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Facilitate smooth induction and orientation programs for new employee.

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and HR events.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and address grievances promptly.

HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfers, promotion, warning, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate payroll input and leave/attendance management.

Performance Management
  • Assist in performance appraisal process and KPI tracking.
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and development plans.

Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.

Learning & Development
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain records.


Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with internships may be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labour law, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRMS knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.
