Responsibilities:

• Oversee risk selection and pricing strategies for Property & Casualty (which includes Engineering, Construction, Bonds) products, ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and company risk appetite.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape underwriting strategy, develop new products, and identify market opportunities.
• Monitor underwriting performance through data analysis and reporting, driving continuous improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with brokers, agents, and other distribution partners to support business development goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coach, and develop a team of Property & Casualty underwriters, ensuring strong technical performance and professional growth.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in a senior / head level developing and underwriting Commercial insurance business and products
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, underwriting principles, and market dynamics.
• Excellent mentoring, and team development skills.
• Strong decision-making ability, supported by data and risk assessment frameworks.
