The role is responsible for the definition and deployment of the IT Security Control processes for IBM Consulting applications, Non-Integrated Entities and commercialised SaaS assets and also ensure compliance with IBM Enterprise and IBM Consulting policies and standards while supporting business needs. This role is also responsible for managing the client delivery network management service.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure accurate design and execution as well as validate effectiveness of the end-to-end process.

Integrate control related findings from all sources to enhance the design of existing controls.

Ensure timely execution of IT CA assessments and monitoring of control effectiveness.

Review and approve and open control deficiencies and open risk items to ensure that action plans are complete and executed on schedule.

Work collaboratively with BISO, CISO and Finance Business Controls to ensure compliance to IT security controls.

Own the Management Self-Assessment of Control (MSAC) for internal IT security controls processes, ensuring a complete documented basis for rating along with action plan(s) for all areas requiring improvement for the global process

Program manage the over client delivery network management working closely with CIO network team, external vendors.

Effectively govern the risks and issue management to ensure smooth client delivery from connectivity perspective.

Requirements:

The indivudal needs to be completely aware of IBM internal security control processes, structure of integrated and non integrated entities, risk elements. As a program manager of client delivery network management service, the individual needs to have deep expertise of IBM's current client delivery network offerings and a strong relationship with IBM internal stakeholders and applicable external vendors.
