Job Title: Interior Designer

Salary: $2,000/month + 50%-60% commission

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Interior Designer with prior experience to join our growing team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage the entire customer journey - from initial consultation to project delivery - while ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $2,000/month (guaranteed for the first 3 months)
• Commission: 50%-60% on every closed project (starting at 50%, based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences
• Present design proposals, concepts, and material selections
• Close deals with customers and convert leads into signed projects
• Oversee and manage projects from concept through to completion
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure budgets, timelines, and expectations are clearly communicated and achieved

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in interior design or a related field
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects
• Good understanding of design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools)
• Sales and negotiation skills are a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
