Eigen Energy is a systems integrator for solar energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, with technical competencies in engineering and construction, energy management, software engineering and cross platform integration.
The Project Admin will supports the Project Engineers, and Site Team by handling the administrative and coordination tasks that ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and in compliance with company standards. This role bridges technical project teams and back-office support, ensuring that documentation, reporting, and communication are efficient and accurate.

This role bridges technical project teams and back-office support, ensuring that documentation, reporting, and communication are efficient and accurate.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Assist in the management of daily preparation works, including measurement taking, quotation preparation, and issuance of delivery instructions.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients based on agreed milestones, delivery notes, or completion certificates; follow up on payment status.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requested samples to potential clients/customers.
- Reintroduce and manage transmittal forms to track movement of products, samples, and materials.
- Prepare, format, and maintain project documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are signed, stamped, filed, and archived properly.
- Maintain and update project calendars, deadlines, and reminders.
- Answer and route calls, emails, and correspondence related to projects.
- Support the Project Manager in ad-hoc administrative and operational duties to expedite project turnaround.
- Prepare and submit ECCG grant applications and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
- Prepare, format, and maintain project documents, correspondence, and reports.
