Job Scope and Responsibilities
*** Please note that the inventory are medical products. They are not big and heavy and they are packed nicely in an aircon room for easy storage and counting. ***
Requirements
- Prepare Purchase Order to order goods
- Monitor stock level and maintain healthy safety stocks and place order for replenishment
- Conduct regular physical stock check to keep track stocks and minimise loss or damage
- Prepare stock report using computerised inventory system
- Prepare stocks for delivery
- Monitor incoming stock delivery and liasing with freight forwarder
- Work closely with accounting department and sales department to ensure stocks are correctly delivered and billed
- Handle impromptu delivery matters and sales quotations

Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level min
- one year of working experience in inventory related job function
- Familiar with accounting system, Quickbook or computerised inventory system will be an advantage
- Independent, responsible and meticulous / thorough on work is essential
- Cheerful, positive attitude, plesant personality and willing to learn
