Job Scope and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare Purchase Order to order goods
  2. Monitor stock level and maintain healthy safety stocks and place order for replenishment
  3. Conduct regular physical stock check to keep track stocks and minimise loss or damage
  4. Prepare stock report using computerised inventory system
  5. Prepare stocks for delivery
  6. Monitor incoming stock delivery and liasing with freight forwarder
  7. Work closely with accounting department and sales department to ensure stocks are correctly delivered and billed
  8. Handle impromptu delivery matters and sales quotations

*** Please note that the inventory are medical products. They are not big and heavy and they are packed nicely in an aircon room for easy storage and counting. ***

Requirements

  1. GCE 'O' Level min
  2. one year of working experience in inventory related job function
  3. Familiar with accounting system, Quickbook or computerised inventory system will be an advantage
  4. Independent, responsible and meticulous / thorough on work is essential
  5. Cheerful, positive attitude, plesant personality and willing to learn
