Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full set of accounts for Singapore entities

- Handle corporate secretarial matters, AR, AP, company accounts, and annual returns

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and timely reporting

- Work closely with management to support business and financial decisions

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required

Requirements

- Certified Accountant qualification (CPA / ACCA or equivalent)

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance

- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements

- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

Special Requirement

The successful candidate will be required to travel to our Hong Kong HQ for 3-4 weeks to work closely with the HQ Financial Controller in setting up and aligning the required reporting system.
