Warehouse Manager (One year contract)

Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Supervise all incoming/outgoing warehousing activities; monitor inventory and logistics flows.
- Lead and train warehouse team; uphold safety and performance standards.
- Drive accurate inventory management and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain order fulfilment.
- Implement process improvements, maintain equipment, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Design and execute long-term warehouse strategies in alignment with business growth, customer expectations, and supply chain evolution.
- Lead network planning initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on CapEx planning, budgeting, and return-on-investment analysis for warehouse improvements.
- Utilize data analytics to drive process improvements and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Monitor and control warehouse operating costs; identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure cost-effective service
- Promote cross-training, workforce planning, and succession development to build team resilience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
- Ensure full compliance with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) standards and MOM/SCDF/NEA regulations.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and implement mitigation plans.
Requirements:
- Diploma in logistics
- Min 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
- Forklift license (mandatory); Class 3 license (if applicable).
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), with ERP experience preferred.
