  • General office duties as assigned by the Spare Parts Department manager which may include:
  • Follow up with our customers and their agents & freight forwarders on supplied orders to ensure correct and complete supporting documents are obtained for GST purpose.
  • Filing of documentations in accordance with requirements in an orderly fashion and retrieval of these documents for audit purpose.
  • General administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Experience in supply chain management.
  • Knowledge in GST for marine industry and on export is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics will be used).
  • Good communication skills in English both verbally and written.

5 days work week

Tuas Area (Tpt pick-up at Boon Lay and CCK MRT)
