o Sales & Marketing
o Responsible for all day-to-day sales operations (office and project), ensuring smooth running of business activities.
o Set and achieve sales and marketing strategic goals in line with company objectives.
o Responsible for all sales and marketing support activities.
o Review and formulate sales and marketing strategies on targeted accounts.
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, urban planners, architects, M&E consultants, FM companies, and contractors.
o Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
o Responsible for all after-sales collections.
o Project Solutioning & Technical Support
o Engage in project solutioning by evaluating client requirements and proposing suitable IoT solutions.
o Customize smart city solutions (e.g., smart lighting, smart metering, smart fire protection, healthcare IoT) based on project needs.
o Work closely with the technical team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions.
o Oversee the customer support process and organize efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
o Provide technical clarifications during project implementation and commissioning.
o Solution Presentation & Training
o Prepare and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
o Conduct training sessions and workshops for municipalities, consultants, architects, FM companies, and contractors to promote adoption of IoT solutions.
o Act as the subject matter expert (SME) during industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
o Develop training materials, presentations, and product guides tailored to different audiences.
o Customer & Account Management
o Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.
o Act as a key liaison between clients and the company, ensuring proper communication of requirements.
o Follow up on project deliveries, milestones, and client satisfaction.
o Manage escalations and provide solutions to resolve client concerns promptly.
o Strategic & Management Responsibilities
o Support management in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
o Provide input for product development and innovation roadmap based on market feedback.
o Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
o Any other duties delegated by the management.
