Our client offers integrated logistics solutions, specializing in warehousing, freight forwarding, supply chain management, and value-added services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure accurate inventory movement.
• Monitor and track stock levels; flag excess or low inventory situations.
• Generate inventory reports to support decision-making and operational planning.
• Help implement inventory control best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in inventory handling.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with WMS or inventory software (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
• Able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lean or 5S practices is a plus.
• Forklift license is a plus.
