Preschool in the Macpherson, Serangoon and Upp Thomson seeking Montessori Teachers/ Trainee Teachers:

Seeking passionate individuals interested in Montessori education.

No prior Montessori experience is required - Montessori training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement programmes for children in accordance with the centre's policies and educational framework.
• Maintain and organise teaching resources, classroom appearance, decorations, and overall learning environment.
• Engage children in activities that enhance their learning experiences.
• Understand and follow the principles of Montessori education.
• Support the school in its growth initiatives and annual events.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to teach in English and communicate effectively with children and parents.
• Willing to learn and take guidance.
• Able to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
