Job Posting: Fitness Admin Personnel / Gym Trainer Prospect (Contractual)

Contract Duration: 6-12 months (interim)
Location: Cashew

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break)
• Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break + two 30-minute breaks)

Salary: $2,000/month (admin role)

Role Scope - Fitness Admin Personnel:

• Respond to general enquiries and manage complaints or feedback professionally.
• Provide briefings on gym facilities to members and visitors.
• Assist with staff onboarding and coordination.
• Perform regular equipment checks to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the gym.
• Enforce gym rules and ensure compliance by users.
• Handle data entry and prepare reports as required.

Opportunity to Become a Gym Trainer:

• Candidates interested in becoming gym trainers can be sponsored for certification.
• Sponsorship comes with a 15-month bond after certification (3 months probation + 12 months service).
• Salary will increase to $2,500/month post-certification.
• Payment will be provided for any work done during the training course.
