- Coordinating stakeholders (LTA, designers, contractors, subcontractors, etc.) and ensuring clear communication on safety and health risks.
- Convening DfS Review Meetings/Workshops to identify, eliminate, or reduce design and construction risks.
- Ensuring all relevant parties attend the meetings and preparing official minutes for audit.
- Preparing and updating the DfS Register with all meeting records and residual risks, and ensuring it is accessible to all stakeholders.
- Review all subcontractors' method statements and risk mitigation plans before approval by the Project Director.
- Conduct monthly review meetings with designers/contractors on the DfS Register.
- Carry out at least three weekly site inspections each month to check implementation of mitigation measures.
- Monitor ERSS performance via instrumentation data from LTA's appointed contractor.
- Submit site inspection reports to the Project Director and prepare minutes for all meetings.
- Present DfS Register updates (including CDSS and CNSS) at LTA's Monthly Risk Register Meetings and Quarterly Director Meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes for record.
- Seek LTA's approval to close identified hazards and submit Hazard Closure Forms upon completion of works.
