Kitchen Assistant

Job Scope:

• Assist in daily food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meat, and seafood.
• Wash, clean, and prepare ingredients to ensure freshness and quality before serving.
• Prepare soup bases, condiments, and dipping sauces according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including washing utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist chefs and kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Receive, check, and properly store deliveries of food supplies and ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (SFA requirements).
• Dispose of kitchen waste and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
• Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor.

Service Crew

Job Scope:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist customers with menu explanations (e.g. soup bases, condiments, cooking methods).
• Set up, clear, and clean tables efficiently between customer seatings.
• Refill soup bases, sauces, condiments, and other items at the self-service counters.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times.
• Handle cashiering duties, including payment collection and issuing receipts.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed in the service area.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination during peak hours.
• Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
