Working Hours: 8 hours per day (rotating shifts, 1 month per shift)

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Midnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Annual Leave: 14 days

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items such as bread, fried dough, dim sum, desserts, fruits, and snacks.
• Brew and serve beverages including coffee, tea, and soy milk.
• Ensure food and drinks are prepared to consistent quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain sufficient stock levels, especially before peak periods.
• Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints (order taking, cashiering, food serving).
• Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and a smile.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation at all times.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene practices.

Job Requirements

• Able to stand for long hours (at least 8 hours).
• Physically fit to carry loads of at least 10kg.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Prior experience in F&B is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
• Friendly, service-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
