Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end loan operations process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within the banking and financial services department.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks within the loan operations function.
• Support the implementation of new systems or processes aimed at enhancing operational performance.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on loan operations activities.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to loan transactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP, Loan Operations should have:

• Proven experience in loan operations, preferably within the professional services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial services processes and regulations.
