Seashell Academy, under Xinghai Education Group, specialises in Mathematics, Science, and Chinese tuition for primary school students preparing for the PSLE. We are expanding our teaching team and looking for dedicated Science Teachers who are passionate about helping children build strong foundations and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus and PSLE requirements.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and experiments to foster curiosity and deep understanding.

Assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt lessons to different learning needs.

Communicate regularly with parents on students' performance and learning strategies.

Work closely with the academic team to share teaching best practices and support curriculum enhancement.

Participate in training sessions, meetings, and events (e.g., Open House, workshops).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or related field.

At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a tuition centre, enrichment school, or MOE school (PSLE level preferred).

Strong knowledge of Singapore MOE Science syllabus and exam techniques.

Passionate about teaching, patient with children, and strong in classroom management.

Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, to communicate effectively with parents and students.

Willingness to work evenings and weekends depending on class schedules.
