As we continue to expand rapidly across Singapore, we are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Mathematics Curriculum Specialist to join our academic team. This role focuses on the design, development, and continuous improvement of our mathematics programmes, ensuring they align with MOE standards and drive strong learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development & Optimisation

Design, review, and refine Mathematics curriculum aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus and PSLE requirements.

Develop lesson plans, worksheets, practice papers, and enrichment materials that cater to varying student levels.

Incorporate problem-solving strategies and mathematical thinking into curriculum design.

Teacher Training & Academic Support

Provide training and mentoring to teachers on lesson delivery, pedagogy, and exam preparation techniques.

Organise workshops and internal sharing sessions to promote effective teaching practices.

Research & Innovation

Monitor changes in the MOE syllabus, PSLE exam trends, and educational best practices.

Innovate new teaching methodologies and interactive approaches to enhance student engagement.

Explore digital tools and gamified learning solutions for mathematics education.

Quality Assurance & Feedback

Conduct classroom observations and evaluate teaching quality to ensure consistency.

Analyse student performance data to identify learning gaps and improve curriculum effectiveness.

Gather feedback from students and parents to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum design, academic R&D, or teaching Mathematics at the primary/PSLE level.

Strong understanding of the Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus and PSLE exam trends.

Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities, with strong academic writing skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; capable of training and supporting teachers.
