About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Account Executive to join our team.

This full-time role is crucial in driving new business development and expanding our customer base. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through effective networking, market research, and cold-calling.
2. Scheduling and conducting client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored product and service solutions.
3. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns.
6. Providing regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the management team.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

What we're looking for

1. 2 - 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the new business development or account management role (Fresh candidate may apply for this post).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
4. Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset
6. Familiarity with the electronics industry and the ability to quickly grasp product knowledge
