• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview coordination.

• Support employee onboarding and exit processes, including contracts and documentation.

• Maintain HR records, staff files, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Assist with payroll data preparation and leave/attendance monitoring.

• Help monitor staff conduct and workplace discipline.

*Submission of insurance claims and monitoring the status.

*Arrangement of vehicle inspection, insurance, road tax and VPC renewal.

*Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.

*No experience needed, training will be provided.

Requirements

• Strong command of written and spoken, capable of independent correspondence.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and assertively when needed.

• Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling HR and administrative matters.

• Prior experience in HR, administration, or knowledge in Timesoft Payroll software will be an advantage.
