Responsibilities
Requirements
- Provide legal advice on regulatory matters in the areas of Telecommunications, Postal Services, Media, and Data Protection, including administrative law, TMT/ICT, and competition law; regulatory instruments; exercise of statutory powers, enforcement actions, and appeals.
- Partner with stakeholders in shaping legislation, regulatory frameworks, and public policies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and advise on a broad spectrum of issues related to corporate operations and industry development functions.
- Assess potential legal risks and formulate effective risk management approaches and internal governance policies.
- Advise on disputes and oversee litigation matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Qualified and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore.
- 6-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice and/or in-house counsel roles focusing on TMT, ICT, or data protection.
- Litigation experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
