Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the planning and execution of global brand marketing strategies based on product goals and market characteristics.
2. Collaborate with the team to structure and implement game launch campaigns, monitor progress, and analyze performance data for continuous optimization.
3. Conduct market research and track competitor trends through independent work or team collaboration.
4. Support the execution of marketing initiatives in key international regions, including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, only students graduating in 2026 or graduates who have been working for less than 2 years will be considered.
2. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills to communicate with colleagues in China.
3. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and well-developed research and analytical thinking skills.
4. Deep understanding of global gaming culture, with genuine enthusiasm for games across platforms and regions. Sharp awareness of market trends and marketing innovations.
5. Familiarity with female-oriented or narrative-driven games is a strong plus.
