Job Description & Requirements
- Identify the needs and extend professional advice and solutions to customer
- Conduct sales pitch to the customer and convert them into a long-term customer
- Provide exceptional customer experience and maintaining a high level of service standards
- Maintain a good after-sales relationship with the customer and see that their inquiries are managed promptly
- Provide professional skin, body analysis and recommend a suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to the customer
- Engage and establish relationships with the customer from the daily-assigned pool of leads
- Promoting the company's services and products to customer
- Exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments for face, body, skin, slimming, etc
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Keep abreast on beauty treatments, procedures, technology, and up-to-date developments in the beauty industry
