Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) Officer to manage and enforce safety protocols at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safe working environment for all employees and stakeholders.
Salary: $4000 - $5000
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Location: Willing to travel
Benefit: Medical claim, AWS, Bonuses.
Duty & Responsibilities:
Safety Management:
• Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Risk Assessment:
• Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure proper implementation of control measures to manage identified risks.
• Maintain and update the Risk Assessment Register.
Training and Awareness:
• Organize and conduct safety training sessions and toolbox meetings for employees and contractors.
• Promote a culture of safety through awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all workers are adequately informed about emergency procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and other relevant regulations.
• Prepare and submit mandatory safety reports to authorities in a timely manner.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
Emergency Preparedness:
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular emergency drills and exercises.
• Ensure proper maintenance and availability of emergency equipment.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
• Prepare detailed safety reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor and track safety performance indicators.

Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or other related field
- Possessed Singapore WSH Officer certification.
- At least 3 years of experience, experience in Construction Project is a advantages
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in safety management software and tools
