Job Description

• Prepare monthly detailed reports on buying/service subscription trends, customer requirements, and profits
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items upon low stocks
• To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.
• Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures, and systems, and makes recommendations as necessary
• Perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers
• Exposures to diverse beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening, etc.
• Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments, and service packages to customers
• Responsible for staffing, staff development, and training
• Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation
• Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff
• Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target
• Manage customer complaints on a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years experience preferred
• Strong leadership capability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS office
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
